Here at Cheapest Cosmetics, our postage rates are charged according to the Royal Mail Postage Rates of April 2010 for the UK. When at checkout, the customer will see three postage options. UK 1st Class, Europe Airmail and Airmail Rest Of The World. The correct postage rate should be selected at checkout before placing the order. If the incorrect postage is selected, you order will not be dispatched and you will be contacted immediately.

Cheapest Cosmetics currently accepts Nochex and PayPal as methods of payment. Choosing to pay using either of these payment methods, ensures your credit / debit card details are not shared or stored by Cheapest Cosmetics or any other third party.

Q: When can I expect my item to arrive in the post?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received, however delivery times may vary due to many factors. Please allow your item time to arrive within 2-7 working days if ordering from the uk and 7-14 days for international orders.

Q: Do you post to Northern Ireland, and if so how much is the postage rate?

For customers based in Northern Ireland, the International European Airmail shipping rates will be applied. At checkout, the correct postage option (ie. Airmail Europe) should be selected in order for Cheapest Cosmetics to process your purchase(s).

Q: I would like to return an item I recently purchased from you, as it does not flatter my skin tone. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we at Cheapest Cosmetics DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges if an item has been opened and / or used.

However if the item is in the same condition as it was sent (i.e. brand new and unused), you may return the goods back to us for a refund. The sender will have to bear the cost of return postage.
